Asian: TRG) Attorney Charles Frisco, Esq. (contact person Kim) We researched the case, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents and interviewed client. Thy pleaded out his case. (Los Angeles County) 2004 - Denny Jia Hao Gan (S.G. Valley Asian: 4 seas) P.C. 12311. We researched the case, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents and interviewed client and testified in 402 hearing. Outcome of case, pleaded to lesser charges. (Los Angeles County) 2004 - Juan Rafael Guerrero (Norteno v-a-v Asian: Chinese) attempted murder. The victims were three Asians ages 13, 15 and 35 who were shot. Attending the party where this incident occurred were members of Mien Brotherhood, Mongolian Boys Society, Oriental Troop (OT) and Gay Boys. We researched the case, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents and interviewed client and testified to my findings. Outcome of case, not guilty on attempted murder, guilty of assault and gang enhancement. (Tulare County) 2002 - Kong Long (Asian) home invasion. We researched the case, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents and interviewed client. Outcome of case, Mr. Long pleaded to lesser charges, no gang enhancement. (San Bernardino County) 2000 - Son Lam (Asian: Chinese/Vietnamese) first degree murder. We researched the case, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents andinterviewed client and friends for guilt phase. Outcome of case, Mr. Lamwas found not guilty. (Orange County) 1993 - Roel Villamajor (Hispanic v-a-v Asian) first degree murder. We researched the case, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents and interviewed Mr. Villamajor and family for guilt phase. Outcome of case, Mr. Villamajor pleaded to a lesser charge. (Orange County) African American Gangs2005- O’Neal (Culver City) Kim La Salle, Esq. We intreviewed client and reviewed the prelim. (Los Angeles County) 2005- Roberts (Pueblo Bishops) Earl Evens, Esq. (Los Angeles County) 2004- Richardson (Crips v Denver Street Bloods). (Tulare County) 2003- Melvin Carter (Rol’in 60s) attempted murder P.C. 664 and possible 3-strikes. We researched the case, interviewed client, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents, but did not testified to our findings. (Los Angeles County/Lancaster) 2003- Jason Singleton (Mixed African American, La Mirada Locos v-a-v Temple City) assault and attempted murder P.C. 664 and gang enhancement. We researched the case, interviewed client, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents, but we did not testify to our findings. (Los Angeles County/West LA) 2003- Gene Sanders (Pueblo Bloods, 38th. Street, and Barrio Mojado) attempted murder P.C. 664, gun enhancement 12022.53 and gang enhancement P.C. 186.22. We researched the case, interviewed client, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents, but we did not testified to our findings. (Los Angeles County/South Central) 2001- Pamela Williams (Female African American, Crips) aggravated assault. We researched the case, interviewed client, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents, but we did not testify to our findings. (Los Angeles County/Crenshaw District) 2001- Juan Carlos Guevara (Mixed African American, Squiggly Lane Bloods/Pasadena) threatening a witness, P.C. 186.22, and 3-strikes. We researched the case, consulted with counsel, reviewed court documents, interviewed client and testified to our findings. (Los Angeles County/City of Pasadena) 2000- Jaamal Gaither (African American) attempted murder P.C. 664 and gang enhancement, P.C. 186.22. (Los Angeles County/Crenshaw District) 2000- Leon Anderson (Eastside Crips v-a-v Country Crips) multiple homicides and gang enhancement.
